The New Mother Support Group will meet on Thursday from 1-3 PM @ Southern Pines Women’s Health Clinic — we’ll be collecting new and gently used baby items (clothes, diapers, toys, equipment, and more) to support local nonprofits and families in need. This will be our last gathering until January 8!

Iron & Pine CrossFit is hosting a 6-week postpartum series for moms ready to rebuild strength, reconnect their core, and return to movement confidently. Led by Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach Amy Boyle. Starts Jan 5 — sign up by Dec 19 to save!
