About Sandhills Gymnastics
Founded over 30 years ago, Sandhills Gymnastics began with seven local families who wanted to bring high-level gymnastics to the Sandhills. Since 1996, owners James and Jenny Ayars have continued that mission—expanding programs to include tumbling, trampoline, cheer, preschool, and even adult classes. Their dedicated coaches and teachers foster fun, friendship, and fitness while helping every child grow in confidence, discipline, and a lifelong love for movement.
