🩰 Registration is open for Gary Taylor Dance Studio’s First Steps Dance (Ages 2–5), series designed for our youngest dancers! Weekly offerings include Mommy & Me Dance – Fridays @ 4:00 PM and Creative Movement – Fridays @ 4:45 PM.
🏋🏽♀️ Join the Wednesday evening Supermom Circuit at the Train House in Southern Pines, offered through Southern Pines Rec. Runs weekly from October 1–29. $69 for residents. Register here.

Live After 5, 5:15-9 PM @ Pinehurst Arboretum
Join the fun at the 2025 Live After 5 Concert Series on Friday, September 12th at The Village Arboretum! The evening kicks off with Bailey Morrison Music from 5:15–5:50pm, followed by the headliner, Bourbon Sons, performing from 6:00–9:00pm. Enjoy an evening of live music, dancing, kids’ activities, and food trucks. Guests are welcome to bring picnic baskets, but outside alcohol is not allowed. Don’t forget to pack your lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Admission is free, and the event is open to all ages.
Babe Bash 2025 “Let’s Get Wild!”, 5:30-9:30 PM @ Village Pines Venue

The fair offers unique vendors, food, live music and entertainment, demonstrations of old-timey crafts, a blacksmith, gunsmith, loom weaving and hearth cooking, plus farm animals for petting. Admission is $2, children 12 and under are admitted for free.
Drop-in Craft Saturday, 10 AM - 5 PM @ Southern Pines Public Library
Come by the library to work on a fun, hands-on craft at your family’s own pace. Crafts are designed for children in grades K-5, but they may have alternative activities available!
